This in-person class taught by our experienced nurses prepares expectant parents for labor and delivery. Our program focuses on evidenced-based healthy birth practices, such as movement during labor, promotion of confidence, relaxation techniques, descriptions of the labor and birth process, as well as pain management strategies. Includes a tour of our facilities.
