Hey Party People!!

CARDIO DANCE and HIP HOP, LEVEL 1

You asked for it, you got it! We will begin with hi/lo moves that will challenge your mind and body. Then its time to "werk it" with some super fun and easy hip hop. Its a 60 minute cardio workout that torches calories and always a PARTY ! Come on Party People!!!

Your instructor is highly experienced (over 25 years) in teaching many styles of group ex. But most importantly, she can help everyone in the class feel successful, from first timers to athletes. That is what makes this different from your ordinary group ex class, especially for newbies!

First Timers pay only $10.00!

Walk-up rate is $20.00. Four class packages are available, from $60.00 - $72.00.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to get registered. Remember to wear athletic shoes, bring a towel, water and lots of energy!
