What if your yoga practice could be a little more playful? A little movement, a little challenge, a little curiosity — and an hour to simply enjoy being you.This all-levels flow is an invitation to move your body in different ways, explore creative sequences, and discover what feels good. Expect a mix of strength, balance, mobility, and stretching, with something new to explore each week. Maybe you’ll find a new favorite pose. Maybe you’ll surprise yourself with your balance. Maybe you’ll simply enjoy the feeling of moving with your breath. There’s no right way to experience the class — your practice is yours. You don’t have to be flexible or experienced. You don’t have to get every pose “right.” You can challenge yourself, take a break, or choose a different variation whenever you need to. And maybe that’s what makes yoga so special: you get to meet yourself exactly where you are.With the ocean, the breeze, and the evening light around you, this is your time to slow down, explore, and enjoy your practice. Come curious. Come as you are. And let yourself play. This is a donation-based class. Any contribution is welcome and appreciated.
