About this event
KICKBOXING Bag Class is a high paced, high energy bag work experience. This class integrates punching and kicking techniques, into combinations including elbows and knees onto a 150lbs. heavy bag, in a music driven class where you will burn up to 900 calories. This class requires hand wraps and boxing gloves and no foot wear is allowed on the mats. All levels are welcome.
