About this event
Gently heated version of our classic Lagree 45 minute total body workout on the MegaPro to get you extra sweaty, shaking & sore! Grip socks required & will be available for purchase. Please bring water, a towel and arrive 10 minutes early to familiarize with the studio & get to know one another! We are located inside the black MOTION building, studio in back left of building. Parking is free and ample.
