About this event

Meditate With Horses: Equine-Assisted Mindfulness in Orange County

Meditate With Horses is a guided, equine-assisted meditation experience hosted by Walk Intuit, a trauma-informed nonprofit at the OC Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa, California. Join us every second and fourth Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM. Tickets are $25.

What is Meditate With Horses? A one-hour guided meditation shared with horses. Participants practice breathwork and grounding while the horses respond to the calm in the room. Horses are highly attuned to human emotion and body language, so many people find it easier to notice and settle their own nervous system.

Who is it for? Anyone seeking stress relief, a nervous system reset, or a new way to practice mindfulness. No horse or meditation experience is needed, and no riding is involved.

What should I expect? A small, gentle, trauma-informed session with guided breathwork, quiet time with the horses, and space to reflect. Every activity is optional, and you move at your own pace.

Is Meditate With Horses therapy? No. It is a wellness experience, not a substitute for mental health treatment.
