About this event
Friday morning yoga, all levels welcome. I love yoga and sharing it with you!😊 Class is centered around the breath, mind, body and spiritual connection. We will move the body dynamically through familiar yoga poses to warm up, begin to flow build core strength and work on balance - so fun on the beach!
Bring a mat, a blanket or towel to place under the mat, some water, and dress in layers - we never know if it will be hot or windy and chilly. Donations appreciated💜🙏
Looking forward to seeing you on the beach☀️
