Presented by Fit4MOM, Stroller Striders is a one-hour, full-body workout that incorporates cardio, strength, and core training with a certified pre- and postnatal instructor. Little ones stay entertained in their strollers while moms break a sweat! Connect with other moms in the community and soak up the sun in the Marketplace’s open-air space, then stick around and enjoy the shops and cafés for a post-workout treat.
