Join Chanda for a renewing yoga session on the beach. Soak in the ocean views, breathe in the fresh air, and let your stress melt away as you clear your mind. Class is accessible for everyone. Bring a mat, water and dress in layers (beach can be windy, or hot-or both sometimes). We meet next to Tower 14 City Beach (off 14th street). See you Sunday!!
