About this event

The class is focus on practical kickboxing techniques through controlled drills and live moment. Expect pad work, defensive reactions, timing, distance management, and lght contact partner drills designed to sharpen real striking skills in a safe, structured enviorment. You will be drilling with partner or coach -----control, respect, and safety are emphasized at all time. Suitable for students with basic kickboxing experience. If you have Chin guards and gloves bring them with you ! if not , simply ask our coach for one! Suitable for Intermediate To Advanced BEGINNERS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME.
