60 min | Advanced Levels | Approximately 105º Room Temp Same series as our Hot Yoga class but without verbal instruction. Instead the teacher practices with the students with music playing in the background. Advanced variations are allowed. You should have 10 classes of verbal instruction and at least five Hot Room sessions before you attend. Not available to first time students of The Hot Room.
